About Rebecca Daye

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

I was born and raised in Western Washington, and I’m incredibly grateful to still call this beautiful place home. My heart is deeply connected to the communities here and to supporting the meaningful work already being done within them.

After spending five years as a Finance Manager at a local grassroots nonprofit, I decided to pursue a longtime dream of starting my own small business. I founded A Path Forward Accounting Services with a simple purpose: to make quality bookkeeping and accounting support more accessible and affordable for grassroots nonprofits doing important work in our communities.

My own lived experience shapes the way I approach this work. I understand that conversations about money and finances can sometimes feel overwhelming or vulnerable, which is why I strive to lead with empathy, compassion, and absolutely no judgment.

Accounting should be more than numbers and reports — it should provide clarity, confidence, and a path forward.
